Blogging the budget

To be honest, I’m not entirely sure what the rules are at the House of Commons regarding blogging from the visitors’ gallery during a budget speech. So as to avoid being thrown out on my ear by one of the Speakers’ trusty constables, I’ll err on the side of prudence. As you would expect.
