Northern Securities has lost three people in research. Steve Maletic went to National Bank as an associate in business trusts working for Carolyn Dennis, Massimo Voci went to Parkwood Capital as a Research Analyst, and Jeremy Link went to MM Cap as a Resource analyst.
Alex Migon, an Associate on the equity sales desk at Merrill Lynch has followed his former colleague Khai Ha and moved over to Moore Capital Management.
Shawn Nodder also left Merrill Lynch where he was a Hedge Fund liability trader to do the same role at CIBC World Markets.
Trader, Lindy Boville has left Raymond James to join RBC Capital Markets in New York.
Harris Acheson has joined Lehman Brothers in London to work in their Global Finance Group as an analyst. Harris was previously at Pollitt & Company Inc.
Also moving to London is Chris Marsh who left GMP. He was an investment banking analyst in mining and industrials.
Chris Lounds has left Macquarie North America’s Mining team in Vancouver and accepted a job at Ernst & Young in their M&A group.
OMERS lost their head derivative trader Tammy Keith to TD Asset Management.
GMP Securities hired Mark Pavan as a Managing Director in the Media and Telecom group. Mark was previously at CanaccordAdams.
We found out trader Russell Starr from Orion Securities landed a role at Research Capital.
