A little inside news

Canaccord’s Morning Coffee report featured this quote the other day:

I’m not a believer in this concept, by the way. Our HR theory is all about self-actualization. Give people the right environment and the appropriate tools, and let them succeed. With 17 closed deals in Fund III since October 2006, the team has been living up to every challenge. It has involved hard work, but some fun as well.

A 19 gun salute for our team members Kul Mani and Craig Netterfield, each of whom were promoted earlier today. Kul, who joined Wellington Financial from Orion Securities (now Macquarie Capital Markets) in March 2005 has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Craig came from advisory firm Commercial Capital in June 2005 and is now a Vice-President at our ever-growing shop.
