“AGF loses Money Managers Charles Oliver and Jamie Horvat to Sprott Asset Management.

Vice President Joshua Kingsmill leaves MGI Securities for Blackmont Capital’s Mining Team. Also departing MGI is mining-focused Salesperson Jerrald Annett; he’s joining Research Capital.

Blackmont Capital also hired Wayne Schnarr as Senior Health Care Research Analyst. Most recently Schnarr was the Senior Vice President Life Sciences for the Equicom Group and prior to that he was at Canaccord.

RBC Capital Markets New York M&A Managing Director Ian Fay has moved to BNP Paribas as the Head of Energy and Natural Resources Americas Team.

Gavin Ezekowitz has assumed the leadership of the Toronto Trading Desk at RBC Capital Markets in addition to his current role as Head of Toronto Equity Sales.

Also at RBC, Soami Kohly has transitioned from being the Research Associate in Financial Services to Vice President Structured Equity, Global Markets.

Mining Analyst Eric Lemieux and Industrial-Products Analyst Vincent Perri have joined Laurentian Bank Securities. Lemieux was consulting for the Quebec and New Brunswick governments and Perri was previously a Special Situations Research Associate at Scotia Capital.

Meghan Lewis has joined Aura Minerals as Vice-President, Corporate Development. Lewis was previously a Mining Analyst with Dundee Securities Corporation and then a Senior Mining Analyst for Dundee Resources Limited.

CIBC World Markets has hired Equity Salesperson Giorgia Anton from Raymond James. She will eventually move to New York after settling in Toronto.

Don Greco joins Evergreen Capital Partners from W.D. Latimer as a Trader.

Jeff Gruber, previously a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager with Asset Logics Capital Management Inc. of Vancouver, has joined Mapleridge Capital Corp, a Toronto based alternative investment company.
