Can Moola be the next Warcraft?
With the OLG promising a $43 million jackpot for today’s 6/49 lottery, you might be tempted to try a free online game called Moola if you’d like what might be better odds of winning. Billed as a Massively Multiplayer Rewards Game, it picks up on the theory that if people do it in real life, they will do it online.
Moola is something like a free super-jackpot game show, which allows anyone to become a millionaire on the internet, rather than watching others do so on TV. Similar to a TV game show, Moola is free and relies on sponsors to enable millions of people to vie for serious amounts of cash and prizes. The method used to facilitate competition is simple yet powerful: Sponsors give small amounts of money to millions of people, and then Moola allows those people to compete against one another so that individuals may win more or less, depending on how well they compete.
I suppose if we can stare at Howie Mandel and his would-be millionaire, folks might actually get into this. If anyone has tried it, let us know what you thought.

I am ready to sign up! Howie Mandel can just be darned. Actually, it sounds a lot like “surfing for big buscks” that a lot of hucksters promote. I have no idea how it will turn out, I’ve just got two conflicting opinions. One a gut reaction, and the other from the cynical old curmudgeon in me.
