Belzberg Technologies hired Judith Robertson from Perimeter Financial as its new President, and Chief Executive Officer, based in Toronto, replacing Sidney Belzberg who will remain a Director. Independent Belzberg Director, Cam MacDonald will serve as interim Chairman.

Andrew Wallace is taking a one-year leave from National Bank Financial to work with Guy Giorno, chief of staff to Prime Minister Stephen Harper, as a policy advisor on the economy, infrastructure and industry.

CIBC World Markets hired RBC Capital Markets’ Institutional Equity Trader Andrew Knight.

Jon-Ian Lui joined Teacher’s Private Capital as a Senior Analyst. Previously, Jon was an Analyst in the Montreal Investment Banking team of BMO Capital Markets.
