BMO Capital Markets has announced the following changes to their Canadian Corporate Debt Research Team:

Jason Parker has been appointed Head of Fixed Income Research Canada in addition to his roles as Analyst and Strategist

George Lazarevski is now covering the Banks and Diversified Financial Sectors

Trevor Bateman has been hired as Analyst, Communications, Retail and ABS Sectors. Previously Trevor was a Corporate Bond Analyst at CIBC

Ben Pham was made an Analyst for the Pipelines & Utilities Sector. Previously he was Associate on the Equity Research Team

Gaurav Dhiman joins the team as an Associate

Ewa Bzorek joined as Associate from Ernst & Young where she was a Senior Staff Accountant

Lee Sienna has been appointed a new role as Vice President, Long-Term Equities at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Previously Lee was a Vice President at Teachers’ Private Capital for the Consumer Products Group.

Kosta Galanis has joined TD Securities from Banc of America Merrill Lynch as Vice President, Syndicate Manager.

Joining the TD Securities Energy Advisory Board is Doug Mitchell. Most recently, Doug was Co-Chairman of law firm Borden Ladner Gervais.

Cormark Securities has hired CIBC Base Metals Analyst Cliff Hale-Sanders.

Kieran Ryan has joined HSBC Canada as an Investment Banking Analyst. Previously, he was an IB Analyst with Credit Suisse in Toronto.

Shaloub Razak has joined National Bank Financial as Director, Global Equity Derivatives. Previously Shaloub was with Fortress Investment Group in New York.

Two Executive appointments have been made at Pacific & Western Bank of Canada:

Shawn Clarke joins as Vice President, Corporate Development & Enterprise Risk Management. Shawn returns after being Chief Operating Officer at Discovery Air Inc.

Nick Kristo has been appointed Senior Vice President, Credit & Administration. Previously he was Senior Manager, Credit Risk

Yannick Beaudoin is joining Gildan as Vice President Corporate Finance & Development. Previously Yannick was leading Global Efficiency and M&A efforts for Molson Coors.
