Good Technology to acquire Toronto's FixMo

The details are few at this point, but Good Technologies has just provided a hint via their S-1 filing that they’ve entered into an agreement to acquire Toronto-based FixMo. You may recall that FixMo was one of the rare Canadian start-ups to attract serious capital from Kleiner Perkins (see prior post “Fixmo lands US$23.4M from Kleiner Perkins, Paladin and Horizons” Nov. 27-11). Financial terms have not yet been disclosed. The transaction has yet to close, in fact.

FixMo is now on 120 million mobile devices around the plant. Congrats to Good Technology and those involved at Fixmo who did well by the transaction.
